• Prepare machines by controlling specific parameters, as well as molds and raw materials (pigments, sieves, etc.);
• Program injection parameters into the machine;
• Supply machines with raw materials, mixing, heating, and dehumidifying as needed;
• Perform testing on machines and parts, detecting possible issues or defects;
• Verify the quality of finished parts, ensuring the product’s technical properties;
• Control the production process, supervising the proper operation and appropriate use of machines by operators;
• Distribute and follow up on tasks, making staff substitutions or relocations as needed to meet production requirements;
• Monitor the team to achieve effective results;
• Control the stock of raw materials;
• Request and receive materials;
• Document the production process through statistical process control, report creation, production control records, and machine parameter logs.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma;
• Injection molding machine preparation course;
• Training in the Operation and Maintenance of Cranes and Hoists with Safety;
• Risk Prevention in Presses and Similar Equipment;
• Training in the safe operation of injection molding machines;
• 3 years of experience in injection molding machine operation;
• Knowledge of the raw materials used by the company.
